My project made the cut…

I am so excited! One of my projects made it into the Oct/Nov issue of Paper Trends magazine!!! I submitted a Halloween project months ago and they accepted it. I didn't want to get to excited though just incase they didn't end up using it, but its official. The Oct/Nov issue is on news stands and my project is in it.

The selected project was Tootsie Roll Banks I made into Halloween favors. They are so fun and easy. I just covered and decorated the bank with Halloween papers and embellishments. After the tootsie rolls are gone you have a cute little bank to save all you change in. They are too cute!

There are tons of other great projects in this issue as well. Check it out and get a copy while they're still available!!!

Congratulations! That is so exciting. I had a piece published in the June/July issue of "Somerset Memories". It took them a year and a half to publish it! So I know what you are saying about not getting your hopes up. Great job, I will have to look for it.
